Clifford je nagajivi desetletni deček, ki hoče, da je vedno vse po njegovem.<br />

Nič čudnega, da ga starša komaj prenašata in da obvezno potrebujeta dopust. Odpravita se na Havaje, medtem pa Clifforda zaupata njegovemu stricu Martinu. Martin je obiska nadvse vesel, saj bi rad zaročenki dokazal, da se dobro razume z otroki. Žal si je izbral napačnega otroka, saj je Clifford poln zvijač. Zdaj si zapiči v glavo, da bi rad obiskal zabaviščni park. Seveda ne bo odnehal, dokler mu stric ne bo izpolnil želje.<br />
