Here's the deal: 10 pages of "latest subtitles" among which 2 movies and 195 472 583 574 episodes for 475 693 274 seasons for 487 483 series. It really LOOKS BAD and is extremely inconvenient. For instance, I have like 50 movies on my hard disk waiting for subs, and I visit "podnapisi" on a daily basis, but among so many episodes there is no way to find even ONE subtitle for a movie on the "latest" list. And I am pretty much sure that I'm not the only one who holds this opinion.

Can't this be done some other way? Either to SEPARATE series from movies, i.e. to have different "latest" lists for movies and series, or to make all series uploaded on a per-season basis, i.e. to have a single ZIP file for one season?

Just a suggestion, no hard feelings. I would really like to hear from both moderators and members on this topic. Thanks.

It depends on what kind of subs are we talking about, the standard .sub or .srt subs or DVD subs, which are actually BITMAP, i.e. a picture that shows on the screen over the movie. Subs for DivX won't work on a Video-DVD.

If you have, let's say, an .srt file, use Subtitle Workshop to convert it to DVDsub (make sure you put the appropriate FPS) and than create a DVD subtitle file using some tool or directily in DVDLab Pro, for example.

I am having problems uploading/downloading subs for the movie 11:14. It seems that the "podnapisi.net" script does not support the symbol ":", hence I can not find it anywhere on the site. I have uploaded subs for the movie recently but as I can see it is not there.

Administrators, any word on this?

I have uploaded 6 subtitles during the last week, but none of them has been published - My summer of love, drugstore cowboy, target (1982),  the omega man,  happy endings,  aliens,  greystoke - the legend of tarzan (my own). What seems to be a problem?
