Subtitles Dwayne Johnson is The Tooth Fairy

Dwayne Johnson will star in The Tooth Fairy for 20th Century Fox.

The comedy will cast Johnson as an ordinary man who is brought in to try to save the tooth fairy kingdom. Michael Lembeck will direct. Lembeck directed the last 2 movies in the similarly-themed Santa Clause movies starring Tim Allen. Lowell Ganz & Babaloo Mandel and Joshua Sternin & Jeffrey Ventimilia wrote the movie which is scheduled to begin in August.

Johnson is currently filming Disney's Witch Mountain. He appears this summer in Get Smart starring Steve Carell.
