Language filters are disabled

Here's some feedback about your site.
1) Love your site! Finally found a subtitles site with a decent searchfunction!
2) Why only show ratings after 5 votes? I allways check if my subtitle is working, and dont mind going back to the page to submit the rating for other users. But since my rating doenst show up, its kind of demotivating to keep doing this. Going through english and duthc subtitles for lots of well known movies/serieus i havent found much ratings yet, so maybe this is the cause people wont rate?
3) You put all your subtitles in a compressed file. Understand you want to keep your bandwith costs low, but cant you just use HTTP compression? Most browsers and webservers support this, and this way you get exactly the same compression but it isnt bugging the user. You can also check and if not supported -> fall back on todays method.
4) When viewing this site with (the untranslated, dunno if it is relevant) nl.podnapisi.net, the buttons for posting a new forum topic is missing (english, dutch nor any other language)
5) ...something else i forgot

2. I understand the issue, some time ago, we've had no such limit, but after a while, in some cases, people reported very low ratings when someone rated subtitle with 1 without proper reason. In this case when you get more than one grade, it becomes more reliable. In theory. We've removed option to download directly from list of subtitles to encourage people to take a look at subtitle comments and to rate the subtitle after they see it. We'll see if it works as intended.
3. I'll talk about this to other admins.
4. I'm not sure about this, I've checked it and when I logged in, all buttons were still there, language changed to language I have set in my profile. When you're not logged in, there's no such button anyway, since user can't post it anonymously.
