Christine's ride has a possessed alarm system that sounds for any little thing, a rusty banged up door that doesn't close, and when it rains, it pours inside of Christine's car. The water leaves a huge, murky puddle that can't be avoided. Her friends have labeled the Honda "swamp thing." Ride Owner: Antwon. 19 Year Old Male. Owner's Ride: Mitsubishi Mirage. Antwon is a starving art student and his ride needs a desperate makeover. His "G" ride as he calls it, lacks a window, but he has a garbage bag covering it. The upholstery is ripped to shreds, the inside panel to the door is no more, the interior light is hanging on by a wire, the seats look like they're "undressing", and worst of all, this ride does not even have a radio. Mary's Ford Mustang
Ride Owner: Mary. Female. Owner's Ride: 1967 Ford Mustang. Mary's ride, "Matty Mustang" as she likes to call it, belonged to Mary's sister and her mother before it was passed onto her. Unfortunately, after 15 years with the fam, "Matty Mustang" needs alot of work. The Mustang is three different colors, four if you count rust, the windows are broken, there is stuffing from the seats everywhere, and although the seat belts work, the seats aren't even bolted to the car, and there is no floor beneath the driver's chair. Mary is taking her life into her hands with this ride, but, after all of these years, Matty is family. Mary even took an auto shop class to try to fix up her Mustang, but soon found out shop wasn't her thing when she tried to super glue the car back together. Thankfully Xzibit is on the scene to help revive this family heirloom. Xzibit is about to pimp her ride. Since the Ranger is less than reliable, Jared misses out on other jobs that he needs to make some money for school. With rotting paint, ripped-up seats, a zig-zag antenna and "bobble head" mirrors, Jared thinks that his other mode of transportation, skateboarding, would be safer than trusting in the Ranger. Her cars problems are a duct-taped side mirror, extremely threadbare seats, leaks, five different shades of paint, and unknown missing objects that Danelle is pretty sure are important. With a hunk-of-junk camper on its back and mismatched wheels, this Chevy is getting Neil anything but love. His ride's system, is actually a boom box. This, among other things, causes some trouble when it rains. There's also trouble for backseat passengers, one window is missing and the other won't roll down. And forget about listening to the radio, turning on the heat, or the air conditioning, cause none of this stuff works. She seatbelts herself into the car by wrapping the broken belt around the back of the seat, and then tying it in front of her. Ride Owner: Krissy. 23 Year Old Female. Owner's Ride: 1969 Volkswagen Baja Bug. Krissy's ride was designed to be steady and durable, but it has a crooked tailpipe, old school tape deck and broken doors. Krissy had flipped the car in an off-road accident, and the car's condition has declined at a steady pace ever since. Wintergreen chewing gum barely keeps the door's lining from falling down, and an absence of windshield wipers makes it impossible for Krissy to drive in the rain. It's no surprise that Krissy's friends always steer clear of the car, which they describe as "busted and rusted." Krissy has battled drug addiction during her teenage years, and has since turned her whole life around. Currently she is going to school, and working for a PhD in psychology. Krissy thinks that her car deserves a repair to match her personal life, and that's where Xzibit comes in. Xzibit is about to pimp her ride. His car is literally screwed! The engine is held together by bungee cords and the car usually breaks down. Brian recently received a successful kidney transplant. This explains why Brian's car is full of empty water bottles which he must drink constantly to keep himself hydrated because of his sensitive condition. While buying an assortment of custom body parts for his ride had seemed like a good idea, actually installing the parts was another problem. The double-sided tape holding together the body kit has begun to lose its grip. In place of the passenger's seat, there's a radiator fan, headlights, gaming controllers, and more random stuff that has no business being there. Despite the fact that Quoc-Viet's rearview mirror is adorned with lucky charms, the car is a disappointment to his girlfriend and family. Luckily, the crew is ready to transform this junk pile into the car of his gaming dreams. Xzibit is about to pimp his ride. Ride Owner: West. 19 Year Old Male. Owner's Ride: 1963 Ford Fairlane. Owner's New Ride: 2005 Toyota 4runner. West's 41-year-old ride is over twice his age, but no one is sure how much longer this Ford Fairlane is going to ride on. With nothing but tape holding it together in places, West may have to begin to look for a new whip, unless the guys at West Coast Customs get on the job, and quick. When Xzibit rolls on into the garage with the Fairlane, the boys can't believe their eyes. This ride is definitely a classic, but not exactly practical for a 19-year-old guy about to start college. Seeing that West wants to go to college to become a mechanic, the WCC guys decide to leave the Fairlane just as it is for him to one day fix up himself with his future mechanic skills. West still needs a ride though, and no one leaves West Coast Customs without a smile on their face, and an ultra-hot ride. X gets on the horn, and before we can say "pimped out ride," a brand new, 2005 Toyota 4Runner pulls into the garage. Now the WCC boys have something they can work with.
