Na vrhu dvonadstropnega avtobusa na Times Squareu najdejo človeško lobanjo in trup. Mac in Stella morata ugotoviti, ali gre za potegavščino ali čisto pravi umor. Dr. Hawkes odkrije, da je okostnjak pravi: pripada belemu fantu najstniških let, ki je po vsem sodeč umrl zaradi udarca v glavo. Mac in Stella kmalu najdeta povezavo med umorom in dogodki, ki so se na Times Squareu zgodili pred dvajsetimi leti.<br />
