Also, Bree struggles to keep her crumbling marriage a secret. Lastly, Susan bares all---in more ways than one---as she confronts her ex (guest-star Richard Burgi).
Cash-strapped Mrs. Huber (guest-star Christine Estbrook) figures out that Susan had something to do with Edie's house fire and tries to blackmail her. Meanwhile, Carlos becomes suspicious that Gabrielle is seeing another man, but targets the wrong suspect---the cable guy instead of gardner John. Also, Lynette balks when the twins' teacher insists the boys have ADD but tries to salvage the matter by seprating the boys. Rex takes the kids away for the weekend as a lonely Bree, who finds herself bonding with Mary Alice's troubled son, Zach. Meanwhile, Lynette and Tom pull out all the stops to get their uncontrollable twins Porter and Preston accepted at a prestigious private school, and the unexpected arrival of Carlos' mother (guest-star Lupe Ontiveros) puts a crimp in Gabrielle's covert love life with gardner John. Things get worse when the two go shopping.

Andrew gets into a serious car accident that puts Mama Solis (guest-star Lupe Ontiveros) in the hospital, right after she finally bust Gabrielle and John having their affair in Carlos' house. Bree and Rex are also called to Andrew's school after he shoves a kid into a locker. Bree learns Rex is serving her with divorce papers. Lastly, the enigmatic Mr. Shaw (guest-star Richard Roundtree) comes closer to solving one of Wisteria Lane's big mysteries.
In the aftermath of tragedy with Bree's son Andrew (guest-star Shawn Pyfrom) running over Carlos' mother Juanita Solis (guest-star Lupe Ontiveros), the residents of Wisteria Lane take stock of their lives. Meanwhile, Susan grows suspicious of Mike Delfino's real reason for moving to the street. Lynette reaches the breaking point in her addiction to the twins' ADD medication as she tries other measures like accupuncture to release her stress---only to the disturbacnce of her kids during session. The mysterious Mr. Shaw (guest-star Richard Roundtree) gets down to business as he develops a relationship with Edie. He also has a connection to Mary Alice Young as he talks to Paul Young afterwards on the phone. Lastly, Gabrielle confesses her adultuous affair with John to a priest while Carlos' mother Juanita is in the hospital.
Looking to give her life a purpose, Gabrielle decides to organize a glamorous Halston fashion show for charity highlighting the ladies of Wisteria Lane. But Susan is less than charitable toward her friend when she discovers Gabrielle's shocking secret. Gabrielle and John consider getting back together in their affair. John's mother, Helen Rowland, thinks her son is sleeping with Susan and not with Gabrielle, but soon Gabrielle confesses to Helen that she's been sleeping with her son. Before Carlos can find out about all of this, he is arrested. Bree and Rex are at odds on how to punish Andrew for putting Mrs. Solis in the hospital and finding drugs in his room, but Bree decides to take Andrew's out-of-control behavior into her own hands. Police investigate a toy chest that Paul Young dumped in the river, but don't exactly know it's him yet. Lastly, Lynette uses her business acumen to poach a nanny, Claire, but ends up getting involved between her current employer, Alexis.

Lastly, Susan betrays Julie by sending Zach Young back home to his father, who makes a startling admission of his own.

Meanwhile Bree finds her new beau, George (Tony Award-winning actor Roger Bart), getting a little too close for comfort. . The receptionist sees Parker's shaven head and believes that Parker has cancer, and allows Lynette's children in the day care, while Lynette does yoga. Lastly, Carlos returns, but his homecoming isn't quite what Gabrielle had in mind. He is under house arrest, making it difficult for either of them to make money.
When Lynette's father-in-law (guest-star Ryan O'Neal as Rodney Scavo) pays a visit to to the family, she unwittingly learns a family secret. Meanwhile Susan is disturbed by Julie's growing romance with Zach, Rex attempts to reconcile with Bree, and Gabrielle is shocked when John's parents (guest-stars Kathryn Harrold and Mark Harelik) ask her for a favor.
It's Valentine's Day on Wisteria Lane, and love is all around (sort of), as Susan looks forward to a romantic date with Mike Delfino, until she learns a surprising fact about her favorite plumber. Meanwhile, Bree discovers something new about hubby Rex; Lynette's cranky old neighbor accuses the Scavo twins of thievery; and Gabrielle's work adventures continue as she gets a gig as a mattress model for the "Siesta King" (guest star Jon Polito).

There's a change in Mama Solis' (guest-star Lupe Ontiveros) condition for the better as she finally wakes up from her coma, but it doesn't last long. The residents of Wisteria Lane all attend the unfortunate funeral of Juanita Solis as Carlos and Gabrielle fret over their financial and court issues. Lynette befriends a deaf woman, Alisa Stevens (guest-star Marlee Matlin), whose children also attend Barcliff Academy with Porter and Preston, but her newfound friendship is tested when she butts into her disturbed marital problems of her husband saying things behind her back. Meanwhile, Bree encounters more trouble with her son Andrew when it comes to disciplining him and tries to convince Rex that he needs serious help. Lastly, Susan finds herself attracted to Edie's hunky new contractor (guest-star Rick Ravanello) who's sticking around the neighborhood, but Edie doesn't want her to go with him as a favor to their fragile friendship.
Susan's mom, Sophie (guest-star Lesley Ann Warren), pays an unannounced visit to Wisteria Lane after she and her boyfriend (guest-star Bob Newhart) call it quits. Meanwhile, Gabrielle faces Carlos' wrath after he learns about the hospital settlement and tries to change their prenuptial agreement in order to keep Gabrielle in check while he serves his jail sentence. Lynette and Bree experience a chill in their friendship after Bree babysits Lynette's kids and dares to discipline Porter. Also, Bree and Rex visit Andrew at the teen rehab camp where they learn some shocking news about their son. Lastly, Felicia gets closer to Zach and reveals some disturbing details about his family in the past.
Live Alone and Like It (a.k.a. An Unexpected Song)
Lynette learns that no good deed goes unpunished when she momentarily befriends the mean Mrs. McClusky. Susan's mother (guest-star Lesley Ann Warren) decides to try and jump start her and her daughter's love lives. Susan later finds her mother in her kitchen with a man she picked up, and Susan asks her mother to get rid of him. Andrew talks to a priest about his feelings, and tells him of his shocking plans for his mother, Bree. Gabrielle has her credit card declined in an upscale restaurant, and Carlos sends Gabrielle a big message about what will happen if she leaves him. Gabrielle tells John that she still cares for him, and continues to sleep with him.
Gabrielle plans a big party to bid farewell to Carlos, who is about to head off to jail for eight months. Meanwhile George Williams (guest star Roger-Bart) resurfaces in Bree's life, much to Rex's displeasure as he knows George wants to steal her away from him. Also, Lynette is shocked to learn that Tom's old girlfriend Annabel Foster (guest-star Melinda McGraw) who he dumped for Lynette has been hired at his firm again. A desperate Lynette turns to Edie for advice on how to deal with the situation. Susan and Julie encounter less-than-neighborly behavior from the Young family as Zach continues to stalk Julie. Paul interogates Edie about breaking into his house, and she ends up telling him that Susan was behind it. Paul decides to lie to Susan again in order to cover. Mike tries to seperate Susan from Mary Alice's past secrets. There is a fire in Susan's kitchen, and Susan suspects that Paul was behind it and hires Mr. Shaw to investigate the Young family. Lastly, housewife Gabrielle is suspecting that she's pregnant. She's also looking to buy a new car, which doesn't go so well while at the dealership which begins her suspicions. When finding out that Carlos tampered with her birth control pills Gabrielle retaliates in rage.
George Williams (guest-star Roger Bart) continues to worm his way into Bree's life. After Edie spies Bree with George at a restaurant, Bree begins to feel guilty about sharing her intimate feelings with George; Rex's health continues to depreciate. Lynette tries to spice things up with Tom who, she fears, is losing interest. Meanwhile, Mr. Shaw consults with Paul, and ends up lying to Susan about Mary Alice and Dana. However, he does come through with the goods on Mike, but Susan is not convinced that Mike is a bad guy. After talking with Kendra (who Susan recognized from a picture in the file she received on Mike), Susan learns that Mike killed a cop in self-defense, and forgives him. Carlos lies to Gabrielle, and tells her that Mama tampered with her birth control; Gabrielle tells John that she is pregnant, and John doesn't take the news well. Lastly, Felicia takes action to help Zach, and to get rid of Paul for good.
Susan and Mike decide to move in together, much to Edie's displeasure, who schemes against them using Susan's friends. Meanwhile, Lynette takes steps to make sure Annabel (guest-star Melinda McGraw) doesn't come between her and Tom, and the consequences land Tom out of work. Bree comes to a realization about her "buddy" George the pharmacist (guest-star Roger Bart), who continues to interfere in her and Rex's lives. Rex has another heart attack, though prior to it, it seems George has permanently put in a wrench in Bree and Rex's relationship. Carlos' legal problems take a turn for the worse, when Gabrielle decides to leave him after discovering the truth about the birth control. Carlos' subsequent actions increases his jail time to eight years. Mike goes after Paul thanks to Felicia, and Susan goes after Mike, though she doesn't find him. Mrs. Huber's journal reveals some secrets. Lastly, two new faces arrive on Wisteria Lane.
Gabrielle, Susan, and Lynette rush to the hospital in the middle of the night after recieving a phone call from Danielle telling them about Rex's heart attack. Bree confides that she feels guilty because she and Rex were having a fight when he had his heart attack and that now he needs a pacemaker. Before his operation, Rex apologizes for being a bad husband. After not getting any better, the doctor suggests to Rex that maybe Bree was tampering with his mediction. Rex writes her a note telling her that he understands, and then dies not knowing the real truth. Minutes later, a doctor calls Bree to tell her that Rex has died. She numbly sits in her empty dining room, looking at the chair where Rex would normally sit. She goes into typical Bree coping mode by polishing the silver but then she dissolves into heartbroken sobs. Lynette's marriage takes a dramatic turn after an upset Tom, who accidentally quit his job under false pretenses due to Lynette's manipulation, vows that it is now her turn to go back to work and he'll be staying home with the kids. And Lynette may just take his offer. Carlos finally learns that John and Gabrielle have been lovers for a while, and vows revenge as he is carted off to jail. Mike takes Paul out to a deserted quarry, intending to shoot him. After realizing it's about Dierdre, Paul reveals why Mary Alice killed herself: a drugged-out Dierdre sold them her baby to feed her habit. They fled Utah and changed their names, but she still found them. Mary Alice killed Dierdre by accident when she came to forcibly take Zach/Dana back from them and they hid her body where they thought it would never be found -- in a toy chest buried under their new pool. In the end Mike doesn't kill Paul, but goes home where Zach is waiting for him, while pointing a gun at Susan.
The second season premiere takes off from where last season left off. Though, things on Wisteria Lane have changed. Rex has died, new neighbors, the mysterious Applewhites have moved in, and Edie Britt's new home is near completion. When Mike arrives home, he finds Zach holding Susan hostage. As Zach is about to shoot Mike, Susan pushes Zach to the ground. Bree calls Lynette, and tells her the news of Rex's passing. Gabrielle, Lynette, and Susan comfort Bree, as Rex's mother, Phyllis arrives with a grudge against Bree. New Wisteria Lane neighbor Betty Applewhite, a concert pianist has a dark and spooky secret to hide. Bree asks Betty to play at Rex's service. Meanwhile Lynette interviews for an account executive position at a top ad agency, now that Tom has agreed to stay home with the kids. Her boss, Nina (guest star Joely Fisher), is skeptical about hiring a mother of four, so Lynette makes a big effort to impress her. Though, things go awry when Tom is injured and Lynette is forced to take baby Penny with her to the interview. Despite that, Nina's boss is impressed and hires Lynette on the spot, Gabrielle rejects John, who attempts to seduce her. Gabrielle, feeling guilty about her unfaithfulness, visits Carlos in jail. She doctors a copy of a paternity test to ease Carlos' mind. After the police misled Mike into believing that Zach is dead, Mike confesses to Susan that Zach is his son. He also tells her of Mary Alice's secret, which shocks her. Susan later tells Mike that she can't be around Zach, and breaks up with him again. The four women gather after the funeral, all troubled by the truth about Mary Alice's suicide and Rex's death.
Susan is surprised, and not pleasantly so, when she finds out who Edie's new boyfriend is---her ex-husband Karl. Meanwhile Lynette goes back to work, leaving Tom at home in charge of the house, which turns out to be a better plan in theory. Lynette has a problem of getting Tom to keep the house clan on a more daily basis. Bree's mother-in-law, Phyllis (guest star Shirley Knight), continues to drive Bree crazy with her melodramatic grieving in public places, and Carlos makes an unusual request to Gabrielle after his life is threatened behind bars. Also, Mike and Susan try to figure out where their relationship stands after Mike's previous bombshell to Susan. Susan is late with her newspaper payments, and gets in a fight with the paperboy. Gabrielle brings cash to a woman in a bad neighborhood, which she ultimately holds on to herself. Lastly, pharmacist George reemerges in back into Bree's life, which sets off an alarm to mother-in-law Phyllis and her suspicions surrounding her son's death. In the last scene of the espisode, Phyllis makes a call to the life insurance company and informs the agent that Bree is dating.
Bree’s mother-in-law, Phyllis (guest star Shirley Knight), gets her in trouble with the law, Susan tries bravely to accept Edie’s new role in Julie’s life, Lynette’s demanding boss (guest star Joely Fisher) makes her miss Parker’s first day of kindergarten. Bree later on takes a polygraph test to prove her innocence in Rex's death and realizes she has feelings for George. Gabrielle finally comes to the truth about Carlos and John after seeing John with another woman. Also, Gabrielle has a new gardener, Ralph (guest star Alejandro Patino) who has just start mowing her lawn. Both are flirtatious, although Gabrielle holds back by trying to keep him out of the house and to just work.
On one of Gabrielle's prison visits to see Carlos she creates a terrible riot, which lands Carlos in hot water. Gabrielle meets an interesting attorney whom she is attracted to. Also, Susan puts her feelings aside and joins Mike in searching for his son Zach. Although, once a lone Susan finds Zach and knows his intentions to get back together with Julie she takes matters into her own hands. Lynette is surprised to find out that her son Parker has an imaginery friend. Lastly, Geroge and Andrew both vie for Bree's attention as they both compete in making each other look bad in front of her.
Susan’s longtime book agent and dear friend, Lonny Moon (guest star Wallace Shawn), gets into financial trouble. Lynette is forced to go out to bars night after night with her man-hungry boss, Nina (guest star Joely Fisher). Also, Bree re-buries Rex amid police suspicions. Bree also finds out about Rex's feelings about her prior to his death. Lastly, Gabrielle hires hotshot lawyer David Bradley (guest star Adrian Pasdar) to defend Carlos in court but Carlos rejects him after he witnesses an attration between David and Gabrielle.
Mike and Susan face a crisis in their relationship when Susan tries to get Paul Young arrested by confessing to a police officer that he killed Mrs. Huber and Mike has her diaries as proof. The officer goes over to Mike to get the story, but Mike denies the whole thing. Later, Susan's mother pays them a visit. As Carlos continues serving his jail sentence, Gabrielle valiantly tries to free him. Bree goes to a romantic hotel with George, but requests they sleep in separate rooms.
Gabrielle tries to revisit her past when old friends come to town, but doesn't want anyone to know that she's three months pregnant when getting dressed up. With the aftermath of her breakup with Mike, Susan finds temporary solace from her ex-husband Karl as his relationship with Edie hits a bump. Also, the Scavo family learns more about the new neighbors, the Harpers when they babysit their children and uncover a sex tape of the couple. Lastly, Caleb gets lose from the basement and roams around Wisteria Lane at night, which leads to major consequences for Gabrielle.
All of Wisteria Lane is panicked by a burglar loose in the neighborhood; a neighborhood watch committee is formed; Bree finds out some disturbing information about George; Sophie (guest star Lesley Ann Warren) and Morty (guest star Bob Newhart) get married; at the wedding, Susan learns who her real father is and is determined to find him.
George stalks Bree, despite her efforts to break up with him. Lynette takes charge of office politics. Carlos is paroled from prison and returns a new man, and Gabrielle is jealous of his new 'holier-than-thou' confidante. Susan meets her birth father and tries to begin a relationship with him.
Lynette tries to put a daycare center in Parcher & Murphy by recruiting employees' children to get the program started. Gabrielle and Sister Mary Bernard (guest star Melinda Page Hamilton) face off over Carlos’ mission of mercy to Africa. Bree brings Andrew home and tells him about the revelation of George poisoning his father Rex and killing him. Lastly, Susan confronts her biological father's wife after she thinks they are having an affair.
Gabrielle kisses Tom and Lynette is not happy and drives a wedge in her friendship with Gabrielle. Paul attacks Mike. The housewives become more suspicious of Betty and her family. Andrew is trying to blackmail Bree, but Bree gets some assistance from Susan's ex, Karl.
After a number of bad dates, Susan finally meets Dr. Right. Susan flirts with a handsome doctor, but accidentally knees him in the crotch. Meanwhile, some old pictures of Gabrielle turn up on the Internet; Tom is alarmed when his kids come down with chicken pox -- because he’s never had it. Bree gets arrested. Lastly, after months of silence, Noah Taylor contacts Mike Delfino.
Dr. Ron informs Susan that she needs a Splenectomy, and it's the doctor's first time, which leads Susan rather uneasy. Gabrielle is not so pleased when Carlos brings up the topic of "baby" again as Carlos still wants to continue trying to conceive again. Gabrielle and her arch-enemy Sister Mary Bernard finally face off in church when Gabrielle confronts her about getting rid of her from Carlos' life. Tom decides to apply for an empty position at Lynette's job, which leads to the arousal of past issues in their marriage. Lastly, Matthew and Danielle's relationship is found out by both their mothers, which leads to big repercussions later on for Bree and her past secret with Andrew last year.
Tom tries hard to bond with his new boss, but at the expense of his dignity when playing childish games at the office. Tom tries to get Lynette to help him out. Meanwhile, Susan gets some help from Edie and Karl on her situation of getting health insurance before her upcoming surgery. Edie and Karl coerce Susan to marry a gay man who's hiding the fact that he's gay from his mother. When the plan eventually fails Karl gives Susan an offer she can't refuse. Also, Gabrielle becomes very attached to a temporary Chinese immigrant housekeeper who is staying with Solis' after being rescued by another slave owner employer. Lastly, Bree tries to uncover more about the Applewhites by sneaking into their house to meet Caleb, which eventually leads to a heart-to-heart conversation between Betty and Bree.
Edie thinks that Karl is going to pop the question, but Karl is actually trying to get Susan to marry him instead. Carlos learns more about the tension-filled relationship between Gabrielle and her mother when she drops by Wisteria Lane for a visit. Lastly, Bree's problem with alcohol intensifies with notice of Lynette.
Carlos and Gabrielle decide to adopt, but the process comes to be a lot more difficult than either had expected. Susan finally has her surgery as she finally has medical insurance. Meanwhile, a showdown between Bree and her son Andrew lead to a full out war between mother and son. Also, a dying Noah Taylor learns more about Paul Young and his biological grandson Zach. Lastly, Tom is having more difficulty at the job when having to take orders from his boss and wife Lynette.
Susan invites Dr. Ron to meet Karl after he finds out about their arranged marriage. Lynette is surprised that a woman at work is still breastfeeding her child of five. Gabrielle becomes very picky when choosing a birth mother, and a beautiful baby. Bree has to deal with a fresh accusation from Andrew, that of repressed memories.
Carlos and Gaby learn the truth about their baby. An ex-stripper gives birth to her child, and Gabrielle holds her for the first time. Also, Paul Young comes to face his demons head on with Wisteria Lane. Lastly, Lynette is forced to give a court deposition about Bree’s drinking and alcoholism.
Lynette is called in to her kids' school as Parker has gone from being obsessed with Dinosaurs to being obsessed with nudity. Carlos and Gabrielle must go to court to get custody of their baby, Lily, after they find out she was legally someone else's child. Bree's father Henry and stepmother Eleanor come to town to mediate between Andrew and her. Susan is convinced that Karl doesn't really love Edie. Later, she goes to a movie theatre, and spots Mike with a date.
Gabrielle and Carlos are shocked when the father of their baby shows up to take the baby back. Cops and a lawyer arrive to a house on Wisteria Lane. Lynette tries to help Ed heat up his sex life. Meanwhile, Karl decides to break up with Edie, as Edie has no idea that Susan is the "other woman." Edie causes a fight to break out in a bar, after she trips a waitress. Lastly, Bree is taken aback when she finds out Peter has another addiction.

It is raining on Wisteria Lane, six months after Mike was run over. He is now in a coma, with Susan by his side. Bree gets engaged to Orson. Gabrielle and Carlos are getting divorced, but they are brieftly reunited when their 8½ months pregnant surrogate Xiao-Mei runs away. While adjusting to having another child around the house, Lynette realizes that the girl's mother, Nora (guest star Kiersten Warren), is more than she can handle. While at the hospital, Susan is asked on a date by a man, Ian (guest star Dougray Scott) whose spouse is also in a coma. And Edie is desperately trying to sell the Young house.
Susan goes on a date with Ian, but trouble ensues when his in-laws show up at the restaurant. After Nora breaks up with her boyfriend, who was keeping her away from the Scavo house, Tom and Lynette decide to hook up Nora with someone at Bree's wedding. After discovering him trying to break into her house, Edie lets her 18-year-old nephew Austin come live with her for some time. Finally, it's wedding day for Bree and Orson. Meanwhile, the body of a dead woman believed to be Orson's ex-wife is recovered, which interrupts the reception. And Xiao-Mei goes into labor.
It is a holiday weekend on Wisteria Lane. Bree and Orson are going on their honeymoon. Gabrielle and Susan are going a spa vacation. Tom is going on a camping trip with the kids. And Susan is going on a quiet romantic getaway with Ian. But things don't go as planned. Tom calls with an emergency, and Lynette has to go help him. While at the airport, Bree sees Andrew on television featured as a homeless teenager which cuts short her honeymoon. Gabrielle runs into John (special guest star Jesse Metcalfe). And Susan is still insecure about if she's cheating on Mike.
Susan receives some surprising news while she's away on a romantic weekend with Ian, Lynette continues to try and support the family while Tom chases his dreams, and Bree finds her family is anything but perfect. Meanwhile, at the baseball game, Lynette rescues a kid from a vendor when he bugs the kid who doesn't have enough money to buy cotton candy. During the game, Parker goes up against the best pitcher in the little league and doesn't do too well. The coach wants to take him off the team.
The divorce between Gabrielle and Carlos reaches new levels of bitterness. Susan is determined to jog Mike's memory, and realizes Edie has been posing as his girlfriend since he woke up. Tom decides that his dream is to open a pizza parlor, and Lynette is not delighted. Bree tries to break up Danielle and her history teacher, who's been having an affair with her. Meanwhile, Mike's phone number is discovered a dead woman's body.
Lynette returns home from the hospital. Gabrielle decides to get back into modelling and travels to New York. Susan comes home to find Austin and Julie making out on her couch. Bree meets her antagonistic mother-in-law Gloria, with whom Orson is in a quarrel. Detective Ridley has Mike's house searched.
Gabrielle takes a shot at training potential young beauty queens. After discovering a wall of photos of half-naked boys in his basement, Lynette is convinced her new neighbor Art is a pedophile. Susan stays at Ian's house and clashes with his butler. Carlos asks Mike if he could stay with him for a while. With his mother living in the Hodge house temporarily, another part of Orson's past is revealed.
The residents of Wisteria Lane celebrate their annual holiday block party. Meanwhile, Gabrielle sets her eyes on a father of a girl she's coaching. Mike is arrested for Monique's murder. Thanks to Lynette, mothers of the neighborhood arrange a protest against Art. This causes his sister a heart attack. And Susan has to cook dinner for Ian's parents.
Tom and Lynette try to make Kayla feel like a part of the family. Alma Hodge decides to pay Orson and Bree a visit. Susan visits Mike in jail to tell him about the lawyer Ian got him. Gabrielle accuses Carlos of trying to sabotage her relationship with Bill. Bree organizes a dinner party to show Susan that Alma is alive.
Bree isn't happy Alma has moved to Wisteria Lane. Gabrielle's secret admirer is revealed. The new Scavo Pizzeria faces an uncertain future. Julie and Austin go to Edie about giving them parental consent to buy birth control pills.
Gabrielle cannot avoid Zach. Mike's new lawyer suggests he pleads guilty, but Susan doesn't agree with that. Gloria informs Bree that she and Alma believe Bree is the other woman. Instead of going back to work Lynette pretends to be ill so she can help Tom promote the pizzeria at a food fair.
Ian proposes to Susan. The Scavo pizzeria prepares for its grand opening. Mike visits a hypnotherapist in hopes of remembering Monique. Gabrielle's romantically interested in a lawyer, but he's working for Zach who wants her for himself. Bree is hospitalized after a fall, after being tricked to climb on a ladder to retrieve Monique's teeth.
Edie gets an unexpected visit from her ex-husband. An unexpected pregnancy causes complications. Victor Lang, a man in his 40s running for mayor of Fairview, introduces himself for Gabrielle. The deceased Rex Van De Kamp (special guest star Steven Culp) narrates.
Susan meets her in-laws and finds out some family. Victor is still taking his chances with Gabrielle, while she has a devastating catastrophe at her home. Lynette is encountering new problems at the pizzeria while an unexpected relationship develops on Wisteria Lane.
